Configuration

The configuration can be found under Atlassian Marketplace > Content Feedback in the administration area. Alternatively, you can access the configuration through the "Configure" button on the addon in the app management.

Categories

In this configuration section, you can manage the categories for your feedback. Categories are used to emphasize and classify your feedback.

Name	Specify the name of the category.
Icon	Choose an icon from the selection list for the category.
Hide name	Hide the name to show only the icon of the category.

Form

In this configuration section, you can make all the settings for the feedback form.

Heading	Specify the heading text of the form.
Multiple	Multiple categories are selectable instead of just one
Subject	The subject is used as the title for the feedback content. If enabled, the user can specify the subject; otherwise, the title will be automatically generated from the message text.
Placeholder subject	Define the default placeholder for the subject.
Placeholder message	Define the default placeholder for the message.

Success message

Configure the success message that appears after successfully submitting the form.

Title	Title of the success message.
Text	Text of the success message.
